HOW TO VOTE

The Election will begin on April 10, 2021 and conclude at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2021. Three alumni trustees are elected each year for three-year terms. Beginning on April 10, election ballots are automatically sent if:

• You are a Penn State Alumnus/Alumna; and
• You have a valid email address on file; and
• You have not otherwise opted out of Penn State communication.

Those alumni who have previously requested a ballot in the 2021 Nomination Phase do not need to request an election ballot. It will automatically be sent to you beginning on April 10, providing you still have a valid email address on file with the University and it has not changed.

Undergraduate students and Graduate students (who do not have a Penn State undergraduate degree) currently enrolled at the University are not eligible to participate in the election.

YOU NEED NOT BE A MEMBER OF THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION TO VOTE.
